Foraker Realty Co. is a boutique brokerage based in Kennett Square, PA.
Foraker Realty Co. has been effectively helping buyers and sellers in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland since it opened in March of 2022. Brian Foraker, founder, used his passion for real estate to create a brokerage of top-performing agents dedicated to their clients.
Through providing local insight, developing strategic marketing plans, and utilizing advanced strategies and technology, Foraker Realty Co. provides high quality real estate services with tangible results.
